PRIMING

​

Customer supplied material is primed through our Superfici linear spray machine using Sherwin William's Universal Gen 2 Primer (suitable for any latex or oil based topcoat).  Materials are finished all four sides.

SANDING

After priming all four sides, materials are sanded through our Timesaver 4 head linear profile sander (one face and 2 edges) for a smooth paint ready surface. 

STAINING

Specializing in outdoor finishes for Thermally modified hardwoods,  customer supplied materials are factory finished with Cutek Extreme wood oil (with optional UV inhibitors or colortones).  Materials are finished all four sides through our flood coater, and placed in drying racks for 12-24 hours so materials are ready for installation
